How we inspect your products
General inspection
We will conduct a free general inspection when your goods are delivered to our warehouse. We, like other inspection companies, follow Level II and AQL 2.5 standards.
For defective products, if you use our selected supplier, we will handle quality issues free of charge. If you use your own supplier, we can assist in resolving the issue, but you may need to pay for logistics and travel expenses.

Full inspection
To achieve a 0% defect rate, we recommend our full inspection service, where we identify and remove all defective products. Our standard rate is $5 per hour. Contact our agent to discuss your needs and receive a customized quote.
